Irma is also a long-term employee having worked for Rainbow close to 20 years. Her skills on the smaller presses are unequaled in our area. In fact when she is gone, we joke that it takes 2-3 men to make her press run! Irma has two daughters and three special grandsons. She can make enchiladas to die for!
