For your convenience, we are pleased to offer you the option of providing your source files via anonymous FTP. This allows you to upload your files directly to our server, avoiding the trouble of copying them to disk and delivering them to our offices.
In order to use this capability, you must have an FTP client like WS-FTP Pro (Windows OS) or Fetch (Mac OS). See below for links to the sources for these programs. Configure a new connection within your FTP client using the following information:
Hostname (or computer/server name): www.rainbow-midland.com
Username: client
Password: rainupload
When you connect to our server, you will automatically have access to the directory where your files will be uploaded. Be sure that your FTP client is set up properly to upload images as "binary." Also, be sure to provide all the files needed to complete your job, including the text, graphics and fonts.
Finally, please be sure to call or email us and let us know that you've uploaded files to our server, so that we can download them in a timely manner!
FTP Program Links - If you don't have an FTP program, there are a number of alternatives, all of which are reasonably priced. For Mac users, Fetch is a popular choice; for Windows users, WS-FTP Pro comes highly recommended. Although we can't endorse (or provide technical support for) either of these programs, if you'd like to investigate them further, you may use the following links to do so. Both websites provide free, fully-functioning downloadable demos.
Fetch (for Mac) - Fetch Softworks (fetchsoftworks.com)
WS-FTP Pro (for Windows) - Ipswitch, Inc. (www.ipswitch.com)
